The holiday home booked by you at Park De Zeegser Duinen will be available from 3:00 PM on the arrival date; check-in is possible between 3:00 and 5:00 PM

You can pick up the key from 15:00 until closing time at Dutchen's reception at Schipborgerweg 19, 9483 TL, Zeegse, the Netherlands.

What will be present in your holiday home on arrival?

To get your stay off to a good start, we have already laid out a number of items for you in the house so that you won't lack anything.
You can find all this here.

Have you booked a vacation home with a hottub? Due to hygiene measures, it will be completely emptied, cleaned and refilled before your arrival. It is possible that the hottub is not yet at the right temperature when you arrive. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Our villas with Finnish sauna are equipped with a delicious sauna liquid!

Departure

Unfortunately, every holiday comes to an end. On the departure day, you can return the electronic key at our reception until 10:00.

Are you leaving outside reception opening hours? Then you can return the electronic key in the letterbox at reception.

Before you leave, we kindly ask you to check the following:

The dishes are done and cleaned up.
The heating is set to 17°C.
The air conditioning is switched off.
All windows and doors are closed.
Moved furniture is back in its original place.
Waste has been deposited in the park container.
Any damage or breakage to the property or inventory has been reported.

Any outstanding amounts should be paid by pin at reception. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay in cash.

Pets at Park Zeegser Duinen

At the Dutchen holiday parks in Zeegse, pets are allowed in selected holiday homes.

Given the stylish furnishing of the houses, which has been carefully selected by the owners, we kindly ask you not to allow pets on the sofa and beds.

Dog owners must keep their dogs on a leash at all times in the park and clean up any excrement immediately.

Cars on holiday park De Zeegser Duinen

At De Zeegser Duinen you can park directly next to your holiday home. In the suitelodges (4 persons) it is allowed to park 1 car. For the villas for 6 and 8 persons it is allowed to park 2 cars next to the accommodation. There are also several parking spaces along the road where cars can be parked. You can also use the parking spaces opposite the Fletcher Hotel.

Bikes

You can park your bikes at the accommodation in front of the bicycle gate or, if available, in the woodshed. Please do not leave your bikes in front of the accommodation.

Waste

You can deposit your waste in the waste bins at the entrance of the park. There are containers for residual waste, plastic and glass.

Pets

Pets are only allowed in the allocated accommodation and must be kept on a leash in the park.

Children

Our park is for young and old! Nevertheless, we would like to ask parents to pay attention to the following points:

- While playing, respect the environment and other residents

- Watch out for doors and windows

Various outdoor games can be borrowed from reception for extra entertainment.
