The holiday home you booked at Park Buiten Bergen will be available from 3:00 PM on the arrival date. Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

You can pick up the key from 3:00 PM until closing time at Dutchen's reception at the park.

Expecting to arrive later? If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please notify us in advance by calling or emailing. We will ensure that you can collect the key from an alternative location, and all your arrival information will be ready.

What will be present in your holiday home on arrival?

To get your stay off to a good start, we have already laid out a number of items for you in the house so that you won't lack anything.

Unfortunately, every holiday comes to an end. On the departure day, you can return the key at our reception until 10:00 AM.

Are you leaving outside reception opening hours? Then you can return the key in the letterbox at reception.

Before you leave, we kindly ask you to check the following:

• The dishes are done and cleaned up.

• The heating is set to 17°C.

• The air conditioning is switched off.

• All windows and doors are closed.

• Moved furniture is back in its original place.

• Waste has been deposited in the park container.

• Any damage or breakage to the property or inventory has been reported.

In your home you can use our WiFi for free. The network is set up with park name and property number.

At the Dutchen holiday parks in Schoorl, pets are allowed in selected holiday homes.

Given the furnishing of the houses, which has been carefully selected by the owners, we kindly ask you not to let pets sit and/or lie on the sofa and beds.

Dog owners must keep their dogs on a leash at all times on the park and clean up excrement immediately.

From May 1st to October 1st, dogs are only allowed on the beach between 7:00 PM and 9:00 AM, preferably on a leash. From October 1st to April 30th, dogs are allowed on the beach all day and may roam freely. Rules may vary by beach, so always pay attention to the information signs at the beach entrance.

Dogs must be on a leash during the breeding season and during the holiday rush from March 1st to September 1st. The rest of the year they may roam freely - with a lead - on the paths.

At your vacation accommodation there are one or two parking spaces available, this is listed on the page of the relevant property. If you come with several cars, you can park them on the side of the park. We ask you to drive slowly in the park. Pedestrians and cyclists always have the right of way.

At the reception you will find two charging stations for electric cars. Here the car can be charged with your charging card.

You can park your bicycles at the accommodation or, if available, in the woodshed.

You can deposit your waste in the waste bins at the entrance to the park. There are containers for residual waste, paper, plastic and glass.

• Pets must be leashed at all times in the park.

• Please clean up dog waste immediately.

Our park is for young and old! Nevertheless, we would like to ask parents to pay attention to the following points:

• While playing, please respect the environment and other residents.

• Watch out for doors and windows.
  

There is a playground where children can have a great time. Also there will be shortly a boules court present at the park.
