The holiday home you booked at Weideduyn will be available from 3:00 PM on the arrival date. Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

You can pick up the key from 3:00 PM until closing time at Dutchen's general reception.

Expecting to arrive later? If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please notify us in advance by calling or emailing. We will ensure that you can collect the key from an alternative location, and all your arrival information will be ready.

What will be present in your holiday home on arrival?

To get your stay off to a good start, we have already laid out a number of items for you in the house so that you won't lack anything.
You can find all this here.

Unfortunately, every holiday comes to an end. On the departure day, you can return the key at our reception until 10:00 AM.

Are you leaving outside reception opening hours? Then you can return the key in the letterbox at reception.

Before you leave, we kindly ask you to check the following:

• The dishes are done and cleaned up.

• The heating is set to 17°C.

• The air conditioning is switched off.

• All windows and doors are closed.

• Moved furniture is back in its original place.

• Waste has been deposited in the park container.

• Any damage or breakage to the property or inventory has been reported.

If you still have a balance to pay, this can be done by debit card or credit card at the reception. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay in cash.

At the Dutchen holiday parks in Schoorl, pets are allowed in selected holiday homes.

Given the stylish furnishing of the houses, which has been carefully selected by the owners, we kindly ask you not to let pets sit and/or lie on the sofa and beds.

Dog owners must keep their dogs on a leash at all times on the park and clean up excrement immediately.

From May 1st to October 1st, dogs are only allowed on the beach between 7:00 PM and 9:00 AM, preferably on a leash. From October 1st to April 30th, dogs are allowed on the beach all day and may roam freely. Rules may vary by beach, so always pay attention to the information signs at the beach entrance.

Dogs must be on a leash during the breeding season and during the holiday rush from March 1st to September 1st. The rest of the year they may roam freely - with a lead - on the paths.

You can park a car in your own parking spot at the property (max. 1). Please note that the maximum speed on the park is 5 kilometres per hour. Do you have visitors? These guests should park their car outside park Weideduyn.

It is not allowed to charge a car via the property's electricity.

To ensure that the villa continue to look nice, we ask you not to park bicycles against the houses.

Rubbish can be deposited separately in the waste container at the entrance.

• Pets must be leashed at all times in the park.

• Please clean up dog waste immediately.

Our park is for young and old! Nevertheless, we would like to ask parents to pay attention to the following points:

• While playing, please respect the environment and other residents.

• Watch out for doors and windows.

• Please ensure that children do not pull the straw from the thatched roofs of the houses.

In the internal regulations, we describe the daily course of events at Dutchen's holiday parks. You will find rules, guidelines and agreements that are important for you as a guest.

Step 1: Behind the gas fire, on the wall, is the on/off button for the gas supply. Make sure the knob is horizontal, i.e. in position: OPEN

Step 2: Next, open the gas fire valve, in this there are 2 buttons. The left knob is not important, it can be in any position to get the fire going again. Turn the right knob all the way to the right.

Step 3: Turn the right knob a little to the left (towards the ignition sign) and hold the knob down until you see the pilot light go on at the bottom right of the stove.

Step 4: Then keep the knob depressed for about 5 more seconds and turn it further to the left to the small flame. Check that the pilot flame is still burning.

Step 5: Then turn the right knob to the large flame - position, this will switch on the gas fire.

We are happy to give you more information about using the whirlpool at your holiday home at Park Weideduyn (if applicable).

House rules for the whirlpool

- Showering is compulsory before use, feet must be clean

- Eating and/or drinking in the whirlpool is not allowed

- Do not use products such as make-up, sun cream, shampoo or bath oil immediately before or while using the whirlpool

- It is forbidden to sit/stand on the lid

- A maximum of 4 persons are allowed in the whirlpool

- Children are only allowed under adult supervision

- It is forbidden to dive in the whirlpool

- Pets are not allowed in the whirlpool

- Glassware, sharp metals or objects and electrical attributes are not allowed in the whirlpool

- Alcohol, drugs or medicines with narcotic side effects are not allowed when using the whirlpool

- Do not enter the whirlpool during rain and/or thunderstorms

- Do not enter the whirlpool if you are infected with the Corona virus

- If you are pregnant, consult a doctor if you can use the whirlpool

- The whirlpool may not be used after 10 p.m. because of noise pollution

- The whirlpool is heated to a temperature of 38 degrees. This is the maximum temperature to keep the PH/Chloor value right. If you have already used the whirlpool a few times, water may have been lost. It is important to make sure the water level is at the level of the bottom of the neck cushion at all times. There is a sensor here, which ensures that the whirlpool maintains its temperature. You can refill the whirlpool with tap water, if necessary. When you are not using the whirlpool, keep the lid closed. During your stay, technical staff may come by to check the whirlpool for values.

Before using the sauna, read the instructions carefully.

Step 1: On top of the control panel, there is a sliding knob. Make sure the knob is to the right.

Step 2: Then press and hold the on/off button, which is on the front, for 5 seconds.
