Extra relaxation in a holiday home with sauna

Wellness houses are very popular and it is easy to see why: there is nothing nicer than relaxing in the private sauna of your holiday home. Will you choose a villa with a Finnish sauna or go for an infrared sauna? Classic Finnish saunas are good for your resistance and general health, while infrared saunas are also extra good for your muscles. Some holiday homes have a sauna in the garden, others have a sauna in the house itself.
