During your stay with Dutchen, everything revolves around balance. Daily yoga or meditation sessions, where you feel tension flow away from your body, are a great way to leave the busy period behind. To support your inner peace and vitality, we provide complimentary yoga mats at several parks. Starting your day with a short walk, preferably in nature, doesn’t have to be a challenge. Setting your alarm just 15 minutes earlier can make all the difference. The small, everyday things – like the glint of frost on a branch, the rhythm of your breath, or animal tracks in the soil – catch your attention. Enjoy wonderful walks in the Schoorlse Duinen, where four small-scale Dutchen parks are nearby. Texel is a gem in itself. The winding dikes and polders along the Uitgeestermeer offer breathtaking views. And the nature of Nationaal Park Drentsche Aa, home to Park De Zeegser Duinen, is simply awe-inspiring.
