The spacious living room is light and airy with large sliding doors to the surrounding nature. The interior has a warm atmosphere due to the use of natural materials and shades. You will find a comfortable seating area with a flat screen television and a spacious dining table. The modern kitchen is very complete and among others equipped with an induction hob, Quooker, dishwasher, combi microwave, Nespresso machine and milk frother. The living room has air conditioning. There is one bedroom on the ground floor.

On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms, of which the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with washbasin and shower. The second luxury bathroom has a washbasin and walk-in shower and in the third bedroom you will find a bunk bed. There is also a separate Finnish sauna on this floor. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Through the doors you reach the spacious, sunny garden (966 m2) facing the south overlooking the nature reserve Drentsche AA. Sit down with a good glass of wine and enjoy a wonderful view over the flowering heath landscape. The garden is equipped with a Jacuzzi®, a spacious fireplace where you can sit all together and a barbecue.

The 8-person villa has its own parking space and a charging station for electric cars. Outside there is a lockable bike shed with electricity for charging eBikes as well.
