Arrival & Departure

Arrival

The holiday home you booked at Villapark Mooi Schoorl will be available from 3:00 PM on the arrival date. Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

You can pick up the key from 3:00 PM until closing time at Dutchen's general reception.

Expecting to arrive later? If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please notify us in advance by calling or emailing. We will ensure that you can collect the key from an alternative location, and all your arrival information will be ready.

What will be present in your holiday home on arrival?

To get your stay off to a good start, we have already laid out a number of items for you in the house so that you won't lack anything.
You can find all this here.

Departure

Unfortunately, every holiday comes to an end. On the departure day, you can return the key at our reception until 10:00 AM.

Are you leaving outside reception opening hours? Then you can return the key in the letterbox at reception.

Before you leave, we kindly ask you to check the following:

  • The dishes are done and cleaned up.

  • The heating is set to 17°C.

  • The air conditioning is switched off.

  • All windows and doors are closed.

  • Moved furniture is back in its original place.

  • Waste has been deposited in the park container.

  • Any damage or breakage to the property or inventory has been reported.

Pets in Schoorl

Pets at the Parks

At the Dutchen holiday parks in Schoorl, pets are allowed in selected holiday homes.

Given the furnishing of the houses, which has been carefully selected by the owners, we kindly ask you not to let pets sit and/or lie on the sofa and beds.

Dog owners must keep their dogs on a leash at all times on the park and clean up excrement immediately.

Dogs on the beach

From May 1st to October 1st, dogs are only allowed on the beach between 7:00 PM and 9:00 AM, preferably on a leash. From October 1st to April 30th, dogs are allowed on the beach all day and may roam freely. Rules may vary by beach, so always pay attention to the information signs at the beach entrance.

Dogs in the dunes

Dogs must be on a leash during the breeding season and during the holiday rush from March 1st to September 1st. The rest of the year they may roam freely - with a lead - on the paths.

Park rules

Cars on villapark Mooi Schoorl

Each booked holiday home comes with one designated parking spot in the general parking area of the Villapark. Please note that the maximum speed within the park is 5 kilometres per hour. If you have visitors, they should park outside Villapark Mooi Schoorl.

Charging stations

At the general parking area of Villapark Mooi Schoorl, there are 2 charging spots available.

Bicycles

To ensure that the villa continues to look nice, we kindly ask you not to park bicycles against the houses.

Waste

You can deposit your waste in the waste bins at the entrance to the park. There are containers for residual waste, plastic and glass.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed at all times in the park.

  • Please clean up dog waste immediately.

Children

Our park is for young and old! Nevertheless, we would like to ask parents to pay attention to the following points:

  • While playing, please respect the environment and other residents.

  • Watch out for doors and windows.

  • Please ensure that children do not pull the straw from the thatched roofs of the houses.

Operating instructions Whirlpool

We would like to give you more information on how to use the whirlpool at your holiday home at Mooi Schoorl (if applicable).

House rules for the whirlpool

- Showering is obligatory before use, feet must be clean

- Eating and/or drinking in the whirlpool is not allowed

- Do not use products such as make-up, sun cream, shampoo or bath oil immediately before or during the use of the whirlpool

- It is forbidden to sit/stand on the lid

- A maximum of 4 persons are allowed in the whirlpool

- Children are only allowed under adult supervision

- It is forbidden to dive in the whirlpool

- Pets are not allowed in the whirlpool

- Glassware, sharp metals or objects and electrical attributes are not allowed in the whirlpool

- Alcohol, drugs or medicines with narcotic side effects are not allowed when using the whirlpool

- Do not enter the whirlpool during rain and/or thunderstorms

- Do not enter the whirlpool if you are infected with the Corona virus

- If you are pregnant, consult a doctor if you can use the whirlpool

- The whirlpool may not be used after 10 p.m. because of noise pollution

- The whirlpool is heated to a temperature of 38 degrees. This is the maximum temperature to keep the PH/Chloor value right. If you have already used the whirlpool a few times, water may have been lost. It is important to make sure the water level is at the level of the bottom of the neck cushion at all times. There is a sensor here, which ensures that the whirlpool maintains its temperature. You can refill the whirlpool with tap water yourself, if necessary. When you are not using the whirlpool, keep the lid closed. During your stay, technical staff may come by to check the whirlpool for values.
