What will you do?
As an employee in our Customer Support team, you will:
Help guests via phone, email and chat
Make reservations, adjust and give advice
Process guest feedback and implement improvements
Think about how to make our department even better
Turn complaints into compliments
Giving guests a Hostmanship experience
Prepare quotes for long stays
Who are you?
We are looking for an enthusiastic employee who:
Good in English and understands Dutch. German is a plus!
Is handy with computers and learns new systems quickly
Has top communication skills and enjoys helping people
Is hospitable, flexible and service-oriented
