Duynvoet 11 is a spacious 8-person villa with a lovely patio fire place, trampoline, hot tub, outdoor shower and Finnish sauna in the garden. The 4 bedrooms all have their own bathroom.

Layout
The luxury kitchen is equipped with 5-pits cooktop. combination microwave with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, a milk frother, Quooker and wine cooler. Both the luxury kitchen and the living room have French doors, so you can optimally enjoy the outdoors. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa with a large Smart TV. 

In the spacious basement there are two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with bath and/or shower and washbasin. The other two bedrooms are on the top floor; here you have a nice view of the fireplace. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and washbasin. 

Outside, you can enjoy the many wellness facilities. Relax in the hot tub in the garden, unwind in the Finnish sauna and freshen up under the outdoor shower. While you enjoy a drink at the romantic fireplace, the children have fun on the trampoline.

In Duynvoet 11, pets are allowed.

The villas on Park Duynvoet are child-friendly; every house comes with a high chair, a child's bed and a stair gate. Duynvoet 11 has a children's sandpit in the garden. 

There is room to park one car next to the house; you can park a second car in the car park at the entrance of the park. If you come with several cars, you will have to park them elsewhere outside the park. 

Please note: in the low season and last-minute, Duynvoet 11 is also rented as a 2- to 4-person Duynvoet Suite. When you stay in a Duynvoet Suite, the upper floor is not accessible and you have two bedrooms and two bathrooms at a reduced rate.
