Layout (living area 130 m2)

The spacious living room is spacious with large patio doors to the lovely light conservatory with fine lounge sofa, unique on the park. The interior is decorated using natural materials and shades. You will find a comfortable seating area with flat-screen TV and a spacious dining table. The open kitchen is modern and equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave oven, boiling water tap, Nespresso machine and milk frother. The living room is air-conditioned. On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with wash basin, ideal for guests with mobility problems.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, two of which have a washbasin and shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a washbasin. There is also a separate bathroom and toilet.

Through the French doors you enter the large garden (701m2) in a quiet location on the edge of the park. Bubble in the lovely Jacuzzi® spa surrounded by greenery and relax with a good glass of wine on the terrace after a long walk in nature.
