Layout (surface area of the house 130 m2)

The spacious living room is light and airy with large sliding doors to the surrounding nature. The interior has a warm atmosphere due to the use of natural materials and shades. You will find a comfortable seating area with flat screen television and a spacious dining table. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. The modern kitchen is very complete and equipped with Siemens-built in appliances such as induction hob, quooker, dishwasher, hot-airoven, microwave, Nespresso machine and milk frother. There is a separate utility room with extra fridge/freezer and storage space. 

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a washbasin and shower and one with a washbasin. The upper floor is equipped with air conditioning on the landing, for the entire floor. Also, all windows on the floor are equipped with sunscreens. The fourth bedroom downstairs has a washbasin, shower and air conditioning. On the top floor is a separate bathroom with sauna, toilet, double washbasin and shower plus separate toilet. Upstairs in the landing there is also an air conditioning unit.

Through the doors you reach the very spacious, sunny garden (989 m2) on the south with views over the nature reserve Drentsche AA. The garden has several terraces with furniture including 4 comfortable loungers. Sit down with a good glass of wine and enjoy ther wonderful view over the flowering heath landscape. The garden is equipped with a Jacuzzi and a spacious fireplace where you can sit all together and an outdoor kitchen with a Weber BBQ.

The 8-person villa has its own parking space and a charging station for electric cars. Outside there is a lockable bike shed with electricity for charging eBikes.

Park de Zeegser Duinen has a unique location in the middle of the Drentsche Aa nature reserve, an unspoilt part of the Netherlands in the north of Drenthe. Here you can enjoy walking, cycling, horse riding or picnicking along the centuries-old stream. Cities such as Groningen and Assen are easy to reach and only 15 - 20 minutes away; ideal for visiting museums, a day of shopping or dining in one of the many restaurants.
