Layout (surface area 153 m2)

The spacious living room is bright and spacious with large patio doors to the surrounding nature. The interior has a warm atmosphere due to the use of natural materials and is equipped with air conditioning. You will find a comfortable sitting area with Smart TV and a spacious dining table overlooking the lovely garden. The modern kitchen has a cooking island with an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, Quooker, Nespresso machine, milk frother and large fridge.

Upstairs are 4 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, two bedrooms have their own Smart TV. You will also find two spacious bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a wonderful sun shower/steam shower.

Through the French doors you can reach the lovely garden (820 m2) with a bubbling Jacuzzi, fireplace / barbecue and outdoor kitchen.

Pets are not allowed.

The 8-person villa has its own car park. At Park de Zeegser Duinen you will find two charging stations for electric cars.

Park de Zeegser Duinen is located at a unique location in the middle of the Drentsche Aa nature reserve, an unspoilt part of the Netherlands in the north of Drenthe. Here you can enjoy walking, cycling, horse riding or picnicking along the centuries-old stream. Cities such as Groningen and Assen are easy to reach and only 15 - 20 minutes away; ideal for visiting museums, a day of shopping or dining in one of the many restaurants.
