The spacious living room has a wide Smart TV and a cosy gas fireplace. You can see the playground from your large windows; this way you can relax with a good book and still keep an eye on the children.

The luxury kitchen is adjacent to a cosy, bright, dining area with double doors opening onto the garden. The kitchen is equipped with, among others, a combination microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, a milk frother and a dishwasher.

The staircase upstairs is located in the hall and leads to two cosy bedrooms with two single beds in each, next to each other. As the stairs do not open into the living room, there is more privacy downstairs. Each bedroom has a modern bathroom with shower cubicle with large rain shower and radiators.

The garden is also a great place to hang out! Relax on the luxurious sun loungers or enjoy drinks at the fire pit on the terrace.

Pets are not allowed in this holiday villa.
