Layout (living area 130 m2)

The spacious living room is spacious with large patio doors to the surrounding nature. The interior is decorated using natural materials and shades. Here you will find a comfortable seating area with flat-screen TV and a spacious dining table. The open kitchen is modern and equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combi microwave, Nespresso machine and milk frother, among other things. The living room is air-conditioned. On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with en suite bathroom, ideal for guests with mobility problems.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, the second luxurious bathroom with a lovely sun shower, walk-in shower and Finnish sauna with views of nature. There is also a separate toilet upstairs.

Through the French doors, you enter the lovely garden (668 m2) where you can enjoy the outdoors. Settle down on the comfortable garden furniture, warm up by the Balpanne fireplace/barbecue and enjoy the sounds of nature.
