This brand new holiday home has a spacious, bright living room with large windows and double doors. The living room is equipped with underfloor heating and a wood burning fireplace, a great place to enjoy a nice glass of wine.  The luxury kitchen with adjacent dining area is equipped with a combination microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a milk frother and a dishwasher.

The stairs in the living room take you to the upper floor. On this floor, there are a total of three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have twin beds next to each other and the smaller bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with walk-in rain shower and double sink.

The bathroom is equipped with a luxury walk-in rain shower and a double washbasin.

From the kitchen you can open the double door into the garden with no less than two terraces! Here you will find a generously sized dining table with a Corten steel gas barbecue/ fireplace where you can cook for the entire family. You can optimally relax in the spacious jacuzzi with its various jets.
There are also two luxurious sun loungers in the garden where you can enjoy the sun. A second terrace is situated at the front of the holiday rental, with a wonderful lounge set where you can sit outside until late in the evening.

This holiday home has a child-friendly interior; it comes equipped with a Stokke highchair, children's step stool, booster seat and a stair gate. It also comes with sufficient children's tableware.

Villa park Mooi Schoorl is a car-free holiday park; each holiday rental has its own parking space in the park's parking lot.
