Waddenduyn 8 is a comfortable 6-person holiday home located in a quiet corner at the back of the park. The holiday home has a partially enclosed garden with lots of privacy. Park Waddenduyn is a small holiday park with 9 thatched detached holiday villas, just outside the cosy village Den Burg.

Layout

From the bright and cosy living room with large lounge sofa, you have a wonderful view of the neighbouring fields and the lambs and sheep. The double doors open onto the terrace and garden.

The living room has a Smart TV (Samsung) and a dining table for 6. The open kitchen, located at the front of the holiday villa, is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave-oven and separate microwave, gas hob (5 burners), kettle, milk frother, Nespresso coffee machine and a (filter) coffee machine. The washing machine, dryer, hoover and ironing board with iron can be found in the adjacent utility room. The scullery also houses the second shower cubicle. The utility room also has a door to the outside. In the hall by the front door is a cloakroom and a separate toilet. The open staircase takes you to the first floor.

On the first floor are 3 bedrooms (with 3 televisions) and a nice bright bathroom with corner bath (whirlpool), shower and toilet. The largest bedroom has 2 single beds and a sofa bed (suitable for children). There is a second TV (with Blueray player) in this bedroom. The French doors give access to the balcony. The other two bedrooms also have 2 single beds (can be pushed apart if desired).

The holiday home is child-friendly and has a high chair, cot and stair gate.

The driveway of the holiday villa can accommodate 2 cars. At the end of the driveway is a small wooden shed. The holiday villa is separated to the left and right by hedges. The front and back garden consists of grass, in the back garden is a spacious terrace with a garden table and chairs and parasol with two sun beds.
