Atmospheric and comfortably furnished reed villa, which was completely renovated in April 2023, with Finnish sauna situated on a spacious south-facing lot. 

To further unwind during your stay, the living room is equipped with a Smart TV and an audio system with USB connection.  Enjoy free WiFi throughout the villa. Child friendly power outlets are also situated in every room. You will also find a high chair, stair gate and a baby cot, making this villa especially suitable for smaller children. The 6-person villa has homely underfloor heating and the (gas) fireplace in the living room is the perfect spot to enjoy a fresh cup of Nespresso.

The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave-oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. The storage room has a washing machine and tumble dryer your disposal.

The entrance is spacious and is where the central staircase leads to the basement and mezzanine. The basement has 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. A second flatscreen TV is found in the master bedroom.  The basement has extra long beds. The large bathroom has a bath, separate shower, two washbasins and a toilet. The third bedroom is located on the mezzanine, suitable for 2 persons. There is also a 4-person Finnish sauna where you can totally relax.

The large south-facing garden can be reached via the living room patio doors and offers a great view over the park. Enjoy the warmth of the sun or opt for the comfortable shade under a tree. Wine and dine in style on the nice wooden dining table with bench, large parasol and modern chairs. In short, Duynvallei 3 is a great place to fully unwind and enjoy the nature around you.

Pets are not permitted in Duynvallei 3.

Outside the house is space for one vehicle. Please use the area outside the park should you arrive with more than one car.
