Layout
The L-shaped living area is lively and colourfully decorated with a comfortable sofa, cosy gas fireplace and a large dining table. Furthermore, the living room is equipped with a flatscreen television, DVD player and free WiFi.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with a beach-theme, which is fully furnished with a microwave-oven, Nespresso machine, melk frother, stove, dishwasher and fridge with a small freezer. The storage room has a washing machine and tumbledryer at your disposal.
The entrance is spacious and from here, the central staircase leads to the basement and mezzanine. Two large bedrooms are located in the basement, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a sizeable bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower, double washbasins and a toilet. The basement also comes with a roomy 3-person infrared sauna .
The third bedroom is located on the mezzanine and is furnished with two single beds and a comfortable beanbag where you can take a moment to relax.
You can reach the two terraces through the double doors in the living room. The first terrace, located on the sunnysouth, has a wooden dining table. The second terrace faces west and has a lovely lounge with parasol.
Pets are not permitted in Duynvallei 25.
Near the property, there is a car park where you can park one car; if you come with several cars, you can park them outside the park.
Together celebrating the start of a new year: what's more fun than doing it in a luxury holiday home surrounded by a beautiful nature? With New Year's eve in peace closing the old year and recall all the beautiful moments with family or friends, and good start to the new year, take time for yourself and those around you. A first round of running through the dunes perhaps, or a New Year's dip to start fresh this year? Then a cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream. Our holiday homes are all immersed in nature and are therefore both around New Year's eve and on other days absolutely free fireworks.
