This charming thatched villa faces south and has a number of wellness facilities.
After a pleasant walk or bike ride, come home to a well-kept and comfortable holiday house. Duynvallei 10 is conveniently located on this friendly, small-scale villa park: well sheltered and a fair distance from the road. Plenty of sunshine is available thanks to its location on the south, ensuring that you can even enjoy a sunny breakfast. There are two terraces with open doors so you can always find a spot out of the wind. On the sun loungers or by the large table, for example.
All Park Duynvallei holiday homes are well equipped, but number 10 takes it up another notch. It is practical to have two bathrooms, especially when there are 6 people staying. Indulge yourself with spa facilities like steam shower and sauna. These are accessible from both bedrooms in the basement. The laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. A cistern is also found in the storage room on the ground floor, perfect for rinsing swimwear, small wash loads, etc.
There is ample space for all your groceries purchased from Groet of Schoorl. Equipment like a microwave-oven and dishwasher make cooking a breeze. A Nespresso is enjoyed in no time as well. Or do you prefer a cappuccino? No problem with the melk frother. The living room is tastefully decorated and has a very inviting atmosphere. Listen to your very own tunes via the micro stereo with iPod dock. The white shutters not only filter out the sunlight but also add to the beachy feel.
On the mezzanine, under the thatched roof, a third sleeping area is located as well as a workplace. Wireless Internet is available throughout the premises. Plenty of thought is also given to the young ones: camping cot, baby bath and high chair can all be left at home. The stairs are equipped with stair gates and all lower sockets are protected. Outside the house is parking space for one vehicle. Please use the area outside the park should you arrive with more than one car.
Together celebrating the start of a new year: what's more fun than doing it in a luxury holiday home surrounded by a beautiful nature? With New Year's eve in peace closing the old year and recall all the beautiful moments with family or friends, and good start to the new year, take time for yourself and those around you. A first round of running through the dunes perhaps, or a New Year's dip to start fresh this year? Then a cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream. Our holiday homes are all immersed in nature and are therefore both around New Year's eve and on other days absolutely free fireworks.
