Wellness in the middle of nature! This luxury 8-person villa in Drenthe has its own jacuzzi® spa, fireplace and outdoor kitchen and is situated in a unique location in the middle of the Drentsche AA nature reserve.
Layout (surface area house 153 m2)
With 153 m2, this is a very spacious house. The spacious living room is light and airy with large sliding doors to the surrounding nature. The interior has a warm atmosphere due to the use of natural materials and is equipped with air conditioning. Here you will find a comfortable sitting area with Smart TV and a spacious dining table with a view of the lovely garden. The modern spacious kitchen is equipped with a large cooking island with an induction hob and sink with Quooker, cabinet wall with oven and combi oven, Nespresso machine, milk frother, Braun kettle and fridge/ freezer.
On the upper floor, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, one of which has its own shower and washbasin. There are also two bathrooms, one with bath and shower, the other with shower, toilet and sauna. There is also a separate toilet on the landing. There you will also find the air conditiong, which provides cooling to all bedrooms.
Through the French doors you can reach the fine garden with a bubbling Jacuzzi, fireplace and outdoor kitchen. A generous overhang allows you to sit outside on a rainy day and enjoy the outdoors in nature. Pets are allowed.
The 8-person villa has its own parking space and charging station for an electric car.
In the vicinity
Park de Zeegser Duinen is situated at a unique location in the middle of the Drentsche Aa nature reserve, an untouched piece of the Netherlands in the north of Drenthe. Here you can enjoy walking, cycling, horse riding or picnicking along the centuries-old stream. Cities such as Groningen and Assen are easy to reach and only 15 - 20 minutes away; ideal for visiting museums, a day of shopping or dining in one of the many restaurants.
Together celebrating the start of a new year: what's more fun than doing it in a luxury holiday home surrounded by a beautiful nature? With New Year's eve in peace closing the old year and recall all the beautiful moments with family or friends, and good start to the new year, take time for yourself and those around you. A first round of running through the dunes perhaps, or a New Year's dip to start fresh this year? Then a cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream. Our holiday homes are all immersed in nature and are therefore both around New Year's eve and on other days absolutely free fireworks.
