Spacious, luxurious 8-person villa in Drenthe with its own wellness tub with bubble function, fireplace and outdoor kitchen with 'the bastard' BBQ, situated in a unique location in the middle of the Drentsche AA nature reserve. The villa has a spacious garden (1500 m2) and is quietly located at the rear of the park with views over the Zeegsersteeg and the meadows.
Layout (size house 150 m2)
This spacious house has a generous living room; light and spacious with large patio doors to the surrounding nature. The interior has a warm feel due to the use of natural materials and is air-conditioned. You will find a comfortable seating area with Smart TV and a spacious dining table overlooking the fine garden. The modern spacious kitchen is equipped with a large cooking island with an induction hob and Quooker, cabinetry with oven and combi-oven, Nespresso machine, milk frother and fridge/freezer.
On the upper floor you will find four spacious bedrooms with twin beds and two bathrooms, one with steam and infrared sunshower and one with bathtub and rain shower. On the landing you will find two separate toilets. Air conditioning provides cooling for all bedrooms.
Through the French doors you reach the nice, spacious garden with a wellness tub with bubble function, fireplace and outdoor kitchen inclusive 'the bastard' BBQ. Here you will find two sun loungers with parasol and a trunk dining table with 8 chairs where you can enjoy the outdoors. The boules court and various outdoor games guarantee many hours of fun. There is also a bicycle shed with charging point.

Together celebrating the start of a new year: what's more fun than doing it in a luxury holiday home surrounded by a beautiful nature? With New Year's eve in peace closing the old year and recall all the beautiful moments with family or friends, and good start to the new year, take time for yourself and those around you. A first round of running through the dunes perhaps, or a New Year's dip to start fresh this year? Then a cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream. Our holiday homes are all immersed in nature and are therefore both around New Year's eve and on other days absolutely free fireworks.
