Spacious 8-person villa in Drenthe, uniquely situated at a beautiful location in the middle of the Drentsche AA nature reserve. Bring your dog, pets are allowed!
Layout (living area 130 m2)
The living room is spacious with large patio doors to the surrounding nature. The interior is decorated using natural materials and shades. You will find a comfortable seating area with Smart television and a spacious dining table. The open kitchen is modern and equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combi microwave and Nespresso machine, among other items. The living room is air-conditioned. On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with en suite bathroom, ideal for guests with mobility problems.
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor, of which one master bedroom with en suite bathroom with basin and shower and one with bunk bed. The second luxurious bathroom has a double sink and walk-in shower. You will also find a nice balcony/ roof terrace where you can wake up peacefully when the sun rises.
Through the French doors you enter the fine garden (567 m2) where you can enjoy the outdoors. Settle down on the comfortable garden furniture, warm up by the fireplace/ barbecue and enjoy the sounds of nature.

With New Year's eve in peace closing the old year and recall all the beautiful moments with family or friends, and good start to the new year, take time for yourself and those around you. A first round of running through the dunes perhaps, or a New Year's dip to start fresh this year? Then a cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream. Our holiday homes are all immersed in nature and are therefore both around New Year's eve and on other days absolutely free fireworks.
