Most of our holiday parks are free from fireworks during the holidays, we will be glad to give you more information.

Lovely 6-person Baayvilla with terrace and shared boat jetty directly on the Lauwersmeer. Within walking distance of the Wadden Sea. Including your own supboard and paddle with your stay.

Ground floor
The holiday villa features a wide, bright living room with a view of the waters of the Lauwersmeer. The decor is modern and fully looked after by interior designers. You will find a comfortable seating area with Smart TV and a spacious dining table here. The open kitchen with cooking island is part of the living room and is equipped with a microwave, milk frother dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. Also found on the ground floor, the master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with a shower and separate sink. The toilet is separate from the entrance.
First floor
The first floor, which can be accessed via a staircase from the hall, features two large double bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower, sink and a toilet.
The holiday home is child-friendly and has a high chair, cot and stair gate.
Outside
Through the double doors in the living room, you reach the garden with a lovely sunny terrace on the water, facing south. Here you can endlessly enjoy the tranquility and beautiful views.
You will find a unique fireplace / barbecue as well where you can cook, grill, bake, barbecue or just enjoy a cozy crackling campfire at the water all year round.
This villa has a shared boat jetty, where you can dock a boat.
Beside the house there is space to park your car with own charging station.
Pets are not allowed.

Together celebrating the start of a new year: what's more fun than doing it in a luxury holiday home surrounded by a beautiful nature? With New Year's eve in peace closing the old year and recall all the beautiful moments with family or friends, and good start to the new year, take time for yourself and those around you. A first round of running through the dunes perhaps, or a New Year's dip to start fresh this year? Then a cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream. Our holiday homes are all immersed in nature and are therefore both around New Year's eve and on other days absolutely free fireworks.
