Luxury camping is done in this comfortable 5-person insulated Wooden Lodge, equipped with private bathroom and air conditioning / heating. The lodge is a fine accommodation to stay in all year round: because of the insulation it stays refreshingly cool inside in the summer and you will find extra warmth in the winter. The lodge is suitable for max. 4 adults plus 1 child up to 12 years old.
Layout
This luxurious 5-person Wooden Lodge is about 50 m2 and has a cosy living area with sitting and dining area. The fully-fledged, open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, a Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. At the back of the tent are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and single bed. You will also find the bathroom here, equipped with a toilet and hot shower. Wonderful luxury camping!
The covered terrace at the front (veranda) is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. Here you can enjoy a snack and a drink until late in the evening.
The Glamping Lodge has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, so that it stays nice and cool in the summer too. The air conditioning can also be used as a heater on colder days!
Pets are not allowed.
The holiday park
Erfgoedpark de Hoop is car-free. Parking is possible at the central car park.
In the park you will find several natural playgrounds and a large lawn where children can play. Directly adjacent to the park is a (public) swimming lake.
The park has an excellent restaurant with a spacious terrace where you can relax. The restaurant also has two rooms that you can reserve for a private occasion.
The historic building with its authentic mill houses a craft room.
Surroundings
Sailing, cycling, walking: there is plenty to do around the Uitgeestermeer! Also cities like Alkmaar, Zaandam, Haarlem, Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport are at maximum 30 minutes driving distance. For a day on the beach you can go to Castricum aan Zee, Wijk aan Zee and Egmond aan Zee. Museums such as the Zaanse Schans, the archaeological centre Huis van Hilde and the Bunker Museum in IJmuiden are also certainly worth a visit.
