Layout
This luxury 4-person flat (connected) is about 58 m2 and has a cozy living room with a sitting- and dining area with flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas hob, microwave oven, fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. For your lunch or dinner you can go to the restaurant in the park as well, which is located at a few meters walking distance.
The apartment has two bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find a spacious bedroom with two single box spring beds. This is a small attic room under a sloping roof. Through the folding doors you can reach the terrace with a view over the water; perfect to wake up to the sound of rippling water. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, the toilet is separate.
Via the stairs you reach the upper floor (vide) with an open second bedroom, equipped with two single box spring beds.
The terrace has comfortable outdoor furniture and a parasol. Here you can enjoy a snack and a drink until the late hours.
In the apartment you can use free Wi-Fi.
The holiday park
Erfgoedpark de Hoop is car-free. Parking is possible at the central car park.
In the park you will find several natural playgrounds and a large lawn where children can play. Directly adjacent to the park is a (public) swimming lake.
The park has an excellent restaurant with a spacious terrace where you can relax. The restaurant also has two rooms that you can reserve for a private occasion.
The historic building with its authentic mill houses a craft room.
Surroundings
Sailing, cycling, walking: there is plenty to do around the Uitgeestermeer! Also cities like Alkmaar, Zaandam, Haarlem, Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport are at maximum 30 minutes driving distance. For a day on the beach you can go to Castricum aan Zee, Wijk aan Zee and Egmond aan Zee. Museums such as the Zaanse Schans, the archaeological centre Huis van Hilde and the Bunker Museum in IJmuiden are also certainly worth a visit.
