WIFI

You can use free WIFI in your holiday home. You will need the following login details:

Password: Duynzoom4

 

Key
You will receive two keys for the house, these fit all doors. To lock both garden doors, first turn up the door handle, then you can lock the door.

 

Opening the gate
You open the gate using a tag attached to one of the key rings.

Parking cars

You can park one car at P3, any other cars should be parked outside the park along Bosrandweg.

Parking on Texel
There is paid parking in all villages and at all Texel beaches. With a Texel e-vignette, you can park without worries throughout the island.
Reserve your parking ticket online via www.texelevignet.nl. You can choose a daily, weekly or yearly parking ticket.

 

Kitchen

Quooker tap
This is a tap for boiling water. Press the button and then turn the knob and boiling water will come out (100◦C).

 

Combi microwave
Right button: set oven, microwave or combination microwave/oven etc.
Left button: change temperature, power, time

 

Wine climate cabinet
The wine cooler is stocked with wines, a price list for this is available in the house. Would you like to order more wine? Please contact the manager.

 

Cutlery drawer
Cutlery can be found in the top leftmost drawer (in an extra drawer in this top drawer).

 

Sauna

Turning on the sauna:

There is a button on top of the cabinet, you need to switch it first. Then press and hold the O button until the display comes on. If necessary, you can change the temperature using the 'Mode' button.
Switching off the sauna:

Reverse the button on top of the cabinet. The sauna takes about 30 minutes to reach temperature.

 

Jacuzzi
Use of the jacuzzi is entirely at your own risk. We kindly ask you to shower prior to using the jacuzzi. The water balance can be seriously affected by hairspray, gel, make-up or body lotions. Please rinse swimwear thoroughly before using the Jacuzzi.

Please close the deck after using the jacuzzi.

 

Heating
The living room, kitchen and basement have underfloor heating; both in the living room and in the two bedrooms in the basement you will find a thermostat to turn on the underfloor heating. Keep in mind that underfloor heating needs some time to get up to temperature. In the two upstairs bedrooms you will find radiators that you can control separately.

 

Outdoor cushions

The cushions for the lounge sofa on the terrace are in the outdoor storage room; the storage room is locked with a sliding lock above the door. Please put the cushions back in the storage room in the evening after use because of moisture.

 

Folding doors
We kindly ask you to handle the folding door in the living room with care when opening and closing it. This will prevent the guides of the folding door from going off the rails.

 

Waste
You will find two containers on the park:
- Plastic/plastic waste you can deposit in the container with the orange lid
- Other waste can be deposited in the grey container
- Empty bottles can be deposited in the glass containers at the supermarkets
- Please leave cardboard and paper in the house

 

All houses on Duynzoom are privately owned; it is not allowed to use facilities in the gardens of other houses.

If there is anything (a malfunction or necessary repair) during your stay or if you have any questions, you can ask the caretaker during office hours. Outside office hours, you can only call the caretaker for emergencies.

Departure
On your departure day, you are requested to leave the property no later than 10:00 am. Please call administrator Marijke 15 minutes before departure on 06-57586954

 

Upon departure, please ensure that:
- Waste has been deposited in the designated container (in sealed bags)
- The dishwasher is empty

The beds do not need to be removed.
