This brand new holiday home is characterised by extreme luxury with a modern, warm interior. In short, an ideal combination for the perfect holiday, all seasons of the year. The living room has very comfortable furnishings with a generously sized corner sofa and an extra large 48 inch Smart TV. You can enjoy watching the most exciting movies while enjoying a good glass of wine. Note: the gas fireplace in the living room is not working.

In the summer, the sun reflective glass, which protects from UV rays  and fitted throughout the home, will provide extreme comfort. Of course, the whole holiday home is  also equipped with dimmers for the lights and has fly screens to protect you against troublesome mosquitoes and flies when your windows are open (very pleasant to have in the bedrooms).

In addition to a 5 burner hob including a wok burner, the luxury kitchen is also equipped with a quiet dishwasher, combination microwave oven, large fridge and a separate freezer with ample space. Ideal for all your groceries! It also has a Quooker boiling-water tap, contact grill, wok and a toaster as well as a Senseo and Nespresso coffee machine and a milk frother. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, has a second flat screen Smart TV.

The staircase upstairs is in the hall and takes you to three cosy bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds next to each other. The third, smaller bedroom has a bunk bed. Two bedrooms are also equipped with flat-screen Smart TVs.

The bathroom is unique! It has a large sunshower and a rain shower in which you can enjoy the warm infrared lights while you are taking a refreshing shower or work on your tan using the UV lamps.

The luxury washing machine and dryer, which are very quiet and high-quality machines (Bosch), are located on the ground floor in an enclosed space. It even has a luxury ironing board and steam iron. The holiday home also features a lot of storage and cupboard space.

The double doors in the kitchen and the living room lead to the generously sized terrace, which is wonderfully sunny all day long thanks to its ideal location in regards to the sun. You can optimally relax in the large, luxury lounge set with a mobile parasol. It is also nice and warm in the evenings thanks to the Cocoon outside fire pit which has a permanent gas connection. Mooi Schoorl 3 has a Corten steel barbecue as well, ideal for long summer evenings. From the back of your garden you have direct access to the woods and dunes via your own gate. This exit can be locked with a key, which will be provided.

Pets are allowed in the holiday home and there is a bicycle shed.

In short: an all season holiday villa which will ensure a fantastic stay and is situated at the edge of the woods and the dunes. It is also very suitable for a longer stay as it has a lot of luxury cupboard space while the holiday home also meets all the requirements of our time.

The holiday home is child friendly and is equipped with a high chair, cot and stair gate.

Villapark Mooi Schoorl is a car-free holiday park; each holiday rental has its own parking space in the park's parking lot.
